25 years of Agro Care. A lot has changed over the years. But not the vision it all started with: ‘No limits. No nonsense.’ A milestone to reflect on. But not for long, because Agro Care is always on the move! 25 years. It is not the anniversary of the company, but of all those people who are committed to it every day. It started with a rental garden of 5000 square meters, on the Blauwhek in Maasdijk. Two school friends, Kees van Veen and Philip van Antwerpen. And the idea of tackling it bigger, much bigger. In Rilland of all places, in Zeeland. The rest of the story is well known. A quarter of a century later, that half hectare has grown to 261, in four countries. We are one of the largest tomato growers in Europe. The two of us are no longer there. Agro Care is the company of many. What we have achieved in those 25 years is the achievement of everyone who works here. And from everyone around us who works with us. That is why we, as management, would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this. And who builds on with us. Because 25 years of Agro Care is only the beginning!
