A Junior Labor Manager is responsible for management inside of the Greenhouse by working on different management aspects such as Managing workforce (employees) ; Time and work planning.

His mission is to plan, perform and supervise the work according to a schedule, ensuring an efficient performance of the activities in which the quality is guaranteed and cost objectives are met.
Exigences de l'emploi

• Diploma ( Bac+3) in Agriculture / Agronomy or related fields
• Leadership ; Orientation to results
• Planning & Organizing skills
• Power of persuading & influence
• Good English skills
