Intended for children aged between 2 month and 3 years, the capacity of 35 children, will be devoted for the benefit of the children of our employees. This initiative was launched as part of our social responsibility activities to provide better working conditions for women in particular. After we discover that most of the women who decide to stop work with Desert Joy, it is because they cannot be far from these little children, and there, the idea of kindergarten was elaborated to satisfy the needs of the 650 women in Desert Joy and give the opportunity for parents who can come whenever they want in the day to cuddle their baby.
